System Introduction
Vision Box is specially designed as a platform for screen products LCD module test automation integrated test system, also it can suppor t Camera function testing. Compact design, the system can complete LCD to defect testing. (Defect types:Black spot defect，Light spot defect,Line defect,Edge light-leaking,Brightness uniformity,Color temperature,Color,Color cluster,Black cluster)
Independent of the LCD module fixture module design, testing a new type of LCD module, only design new LCD module fixture module, system simple and easy to upgrade, greatly save the development cost and shor tened the time replacement products.
Testing field and precision
Camera field can be adjusted accordingly as per the screened size , figure 1 for the minimum visual field adjusted , resolution ratio is 0.0325 mm in this case ,figure 2 for the maximum visual field adjusted , resolution ratio is 0.0576 mm

Two cameras connecting method is adopted while Plate panel testing, as figure 3 shown (maximum filed connecting),the resolution ratio is 0.0576mm.
Other functions
LCD material testing:Through the test fixture is installed on a LCD materials test fixture, its detection method and the mobile phone screen。
Flat test: The two work together, can testing within 13 inch tablet.
Camera
Camera test for independent testing and LCD module, can be separated into two independent
test system, and also can be integrated into one test system.
